By attending the Lead365 National Conference, attendees will experience a transformation of attitude, purpose and perspective.  Conference goers will also build upon their current knowledge and aptitudes allowing them to return to campus with the most contemporary and relevant tools, offered by some of the most highly regarded national presenters (known as The Faculty) who remain for all three days of the conference.

Guided by a distinguished board of directors that includes Dr. Ken Blanchard, Dr. Corey Seemiller, Dr. Maura Cullen, Dr. Tom Jackson, Dr. Bill Smedick, Dr. Craig Slack, Dr. Susan Salvador and more, Lead365 operates on the principals of collaboration and partnerships with existing associations, responsiveness to current research and practices,  commitment to service, civic engagement and social justice, and lastly, commitment to developing future leaders who will thrive in business and non-profit work.
