Changes in payment method or credit card after initial payment is processed are NOT permitted, no exceptions. Please be sure that you are using the appropriate credit card for this transaction.
The cancelation deadline is January 12, 2016. All requests for cancelations must be in writing and sent to Nichole Thompson at firstname.lastname@example.org. A $50 fee will be deducted from professional refunds and $25 fee will be deducted from student refund.
No refunds will be provided after January 18, 2016.
