Mid-Level Institute Testimonies

“The Mid-Level Institute was incredibly rewarding.  Having the opportunity to learn from SSAO’s and engage with my peers helped me to realize I am not alone in the challenges I face as a mid-level manager.  I truly appreciate the knowledge and support I gained from this institute.”   Dawn Eades, Associate Dean of Students, Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences

“This has been a tremendous experience for me.  I came into the Institute not knowing exactly what I wanted to do next in my career path, and I have left the Institute with an incredible energy, and clear direction on my next steps.  The quality of presenters was amazing and the professional connections I have made will be a very important part of my “next steps” I valued every minute of the Institute.”  Sheila Lambert, Coordinator of Wellness, Southern New Hampshire University

"My experience with the Mid Level Institute was outstanding.  The workshop topics were very relevant and useful. I was able to take back what I learned and apply it immediately in my current job. But by far the best part is the social networking. Our cohort was both diverse and open. By sharing our experiences, expectations, and hopes for the future we all came together to help each other. These are now friends I know I can call on should the need arise."  Dan Graney, Director of Substance Abuse Prevention, University of Rhode Island

“Mid-level covers a broad spectrum and when you get there, there’s a lot of uncertainty and questioning that happens…The Mid-Level Institute helped me understand that I was not alone and that there is so much room for growth and learning. I feel I have been provided with invaluable tools and have met an amazing group of people I know I can turn to for support.”  Bea Patino, Area Coordinator, Assumption College
